Billiard Room-The villa is older so why we have incredible rates on the beach for a 7 bedroom villa next to the beach! Linens & Bath Towels Etc. included in Cleaning fee. This not a 5 Star resort, but great centailized location & size matters!! 6 parking spots

I would definitely put up blinds or curtains on all windows. Mattress in 2nd floor King Room should definitely be replaced. The size and space was perfect for our family. Love the dining table area and the extra space for serving food. The property is not handicapped accessible however we did manage to make it work for 1st floor for one of our guests. Loved the extra refrigerator. Overall it worked for our family and was cost effective.

You really can't beat the location—being directly across from the beach was absolutely amazing. The kids had a blast going back and forth between the beach and the pool, and it made the whole trip feel easy and relaxed. The unit itself was incredibly spacious and easily fit our large group, which was a huge plus.That said, the space is definitely showing its age and could benefit from a few updates to really shine. The kitchen was a bit under-equipped for a group our size. There were plenty of lids but only one pan, which made cooking for 18 a challenge. The hand mixer only had one beater, and with no large mixing bowls, making 10 pounds of mashed potatoes took some improvising.Some of the interior doors wouldn’t close properly, and a few of the door handles were sticky—they felt locked even when they weren’t, which got a little frustrating at times. Also, the toilet in the half bathroom on the first level could use a repair, as the chain kept slipping off after flushing and had to be fixed manually.On the plus side, all of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were also well-maintained and clean, which we really appreciated. We’d recommend adding more seating in the main floor living area—maybe a sectional or extra chairs—and furnishing the game room upstairs to make it more functional and inviting.Overall, the location and size of the home are hard to beat. With a little attention to detail and some updates, this place could go from go

The location of the home was excellent! The upkeep was horrible. At check in, i had to send messages about wall holes, plumbing issues, and that was just the beginning! The mattresses were nasty. Especially the sofa bed! There was dust everywhere. The dishwasher was broken, the home smelled of mildew. The oven took forever to cook our dinner, the racks were rusted! There wasnt enough sliverware, which we bought our own as well as dishes. Communication was sluggish. But we took tons of pics. Disappointed in what we paid for this!

Over all I really has to say I enjoyed my stay I would love to stay again. Providing there is an upgrade in the sofa.The sofa where stained and turned, The carpet can use some cleaning. There were an whole in the wall; however The most agitating thing was the sofa.. Everyone of the guess had an issue with the sofas in the house downstairs..

Invest in your property

The location is prime. Access to the beach is amazing, that is why they got the two stars. The house needs to be updated. The appliances all need to be replaced. The refrigerator in the kitchen doesn’t work well. The dryers need to be replaced. The balconies need to be replaced. The dishwasher was molded (I have video). The glass door on the one shower door almost fell off and hit my sister. Everything was sticky. The dining room table and the kitchen island. The air on the first floor was not working, but Thomas was very communicative with us about getting that rectified. It wasn’t working “ok” until the last day, but idk if it was fixed or if it had just cooled down outside. The windows need to be replaced. We could hear all the people in the pool, very loudly, all day-every day. The icing on the cake was asking us to sweep the floors, which had sand and other debris on them throughout the house, pull the sheets from the bed, bring towels to the laundry room, and run the moldy dishwasher before we left (we hand washed them). I don’t understand how you can charge a cleaning fee and ask the guests to clean.

The house that we stayed in was in a very convenient location. It was close to everything. It was one street back from the beach, which was super great! My family loved the pool. However, there were a lot of cleaning issues. The dishwasher wasn’t usable during our stay because it had a leftover dish from a previous visit and mold all in the dishwasher and a horrible smell when you opened it. The vents had mold on them. The ice/water maker did not work, the sliding shower doors in all bathrooms were disgusting and not clean. Any of the dishes that we used, we washed before using them because they had spots and dirt on them. It wasn’t fully furnished with dishes, such as measuring cups and things used to cook with. I understand it wasn’t a five star resort as mentioned in the description, but just because things aren’t updated/new and are older doesn’t mean they don’t have to be clean. And when we departed, I sent the owner a message letting them know of all these issues, and they completely disregarded what I said and thanked me for being a great guest and that they would leave me a great review. I should hope so! We left the place probably cleaner than it was when we arrived. My large family had a great week, but those were some big issues! I will not stay here again or recommend it.

Vacation

This home is in a great location, it’s dated and unclean. Definitely requires some serious cleaning and upgrades. We did not stay at the property d/t the homes condition and we ended up leaving and getting hotels.
