"Such a lovely hotel. Beautiful small room. Beautiful decor, good bed, friendly and helpful staff,
But … when the street noise keeps you awake all night on a ordinary Monday night, it’s really not good.
Yes they provided earplugs, but that should be a last resort - not part a stay at that price range.

"New hotel so rooms are nice but the staff told us there isn’t 24 hour dining room service meanwhile the TV and menus said there were.
Only amenity is a gym. Location isn’t convenient if you want to explore historical tourist spots in London but there are restaurant options nearby. Other than that though there isn’t much.

"Vi fik tildelt et værelse på lower ground, så derfor stort set ingen dagslys og samtidig fik vi tildelt et handicap værelse, som badeværelset i den grad havde præg af, med en MEGET lav håndvask blandt andet. God service og super fin morgenmad til prisen. Badeværelset var ikke helt rent ved ankomst. "
