"The sheets had hair, dirt, and unknown substances on them. The room smelled like a barn. I contacted staff immediately & was told the situation would be resolved TOMORROW - not then. It never was. They stopped answering texts and calls. Beautiful property outside, but room was a dump. "

"Yes, it only missed the kitchen towels and facial tissues in the room. We asked for a comforter and a bathroom curtain replacement, and they responded the same day to our request. However, if the unit above was rented, then you'll hear their footsteps, especially if they have kids. The pool is 3 minutes walk, and the supermarket is 30 minutes walk. It was a nice stay after all. They could've done a better cleaning job through."

"We REALLY enjoyed our stay! The property manager, Juan Carlos, was SO helpful and kind. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The greater property was so cool with that “Keys” vibe you can’t beat. Ate at Hobo’s cafe based on the provided guidebook suggestion and it was delicious. If we ever find ourselves down here again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Thanks for everything! "

"Everything was new, which was a plus, coffee maker was great, took awhile to figure the how the stove top worked and had some problems with the front door opening (probably the deadbolt receptacle needs to adjusted) but the host help straighten things out, so not a deal breaker, communication was very good. Probably would be a good idea to provide instructions on the stovetop, door issues and how the TV works, which was not user friendly to us anyhow. As a place to stay very clean and modern,...
