"Beautiful hotel with nice view, facilities, amenities. Breakfast was excellent and similar was the food in the restaurant. Only negative is their location, quite far from the city and other restaurants as neighbours are these giant all inclusive resorts. Uber costs around 200-300 MX per way and available after 5-10 minutes for around a 30 minutes drive. If own car no problem as parking is provided. "

"I have mixed feelings about this resort. The location on the beach is good and the hotel as such is also nicely done. However, it failed the 'towel test' Every morning at 6 am people are reserving sunbeds that they then dont use. Also there is constant 'entertainment' and way too much alcohol flowing which creates a spring break atmosphere, but with most guests being in their 50s. "I 100% recommend this resort for a family trip with kids. Everything was wonder and the STAFF was amazing at all times. Our room was also clean and the food was great. I really recommend having dinner at La Joya one night. The kid's club is a good area for kids, but my 2-year-old only used it once and there weren't many kids at the kids club they were all at the pools/beaches lol. "Startede vores ferie i Mexico med 3 dage på Wyndham Alltra. Alt i alt et glimrende all-inclusive resort, alt personale vi stødte på var virkelig serviceminded, vi fik prøvet den Mexicanske, Italienske og Asiatiske restaurant, alle 3 var rigtigt gode. Hotellet er ikke nyt og nogle steder ser det lidt slidt ud. Poolområdet er måske lidt småt i forhold til hotellets størrelse, vi havde dog ingen problemer med at finde liggestole. "i di not like the resort at all!!!! when we got there they didnt found my reservation! and the person that was helping us was really nasty! first we was the one that have to call expedia and after 3 hours they found ours reservation! we have booking several rooms they put us in the section that no one wants ours view was the wall !!!! and we paid alot {4 booking at $1480.00 each it is not fare!!!!!! that was my worst vacation !! and i have been in the one of the dominican republic!"
