"I absolutely love this resort, the staff the food the entertainment. Pool could be worked on a little bit missing tiles, rooms also need very minor repairs like light switch and toilet paper holders but other than that this resort is perfect. Very big, so many food options the pool and beach rock. Great resort, adult side is small so be ready to go over to the adult side."

"The friendly staff…. From checking in to checking out. Georgia and Angie at the front desk, Martha’s restaurant Michaela, the concierge Marlon, my housekeeper, overall everyone we encountered was just fabulous. Big shout out to the names I forget. Arlene"

"My husband and I booked a luxury ocean view room that was supposedly upgraded to diamond. It seems the upgrade was being on the 7th floor. The room itself was basic and very small, however it was clean and the view was lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. My only complaint regarding staff was that there was no extra effort made to inform guests about the activities happening on the property. It seems you are expected to just figure it out on their app and I did not find the app to be...

"Property and staff were ok. I would recommend this property. There were signs of work being done as a result of the hurricane Melissa. The parking lot is a bit far from main property. The parking lot needs paving."

"Staff was very professional and courteous especially andre and security guards. Great breakfast would recommend."

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...

"Nothing made sense"

"The cove was wonderful"

"I strongly believe that pictures are deceiving now. When you shower you have to wait 5 hours for the water to go down."

"The host came out to greet us. Very warm welcome. Large rooms. Clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again !!"

"Room was very clean and kept well during the stay Staff were tremendous Food was all good book early in waiter service restaurants Pool is great Great beach with drinks service Entertainment was fun There’s a shortage of public areas when it rains but only rained once really All good"

"Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent. Very old and not maintained property. It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive. At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat. Worst all inclusive ever, I had to make myself drinks since nobody was at the poolbar. The pool was dirty and so was the “hot tub”, if we can call it that. I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say,...
