"My husband and I had a great time at Ocean Eden Bay! Staff were very friendly and welcoming! The room was clean and nice location- and there were many great dining options! We didn’t have not one bad meal here!! The oxtails at the buffet were my favorite! Looking forward to our next visit already! Lol"
"The attentiveness and cleanliness. I traveled with my family of four, the restaurant had all options for us, service is great and personnel did not pressure too much. There were many things to do locally and different food choices. My room was small and comfy, we normally do not stay too much inside room, but bed was a little uncomfortable for my taste and recommendation to change sheets often as mosquitoes were everywhere! Overall I would come back to this hotel as the pros were over the top! "
"Riu Aquarelle is a lovely property. The public areas and my room were clean and well presented. I loved the inclusion of premium liquor (Gordon's Gin! Johnnie Walker!) In the room. The food was delicious at White Bay, Kyoto and Napoli. The menus/offerings were extensive. It was hard to choose. It was convenient to make reservations via the Riu app. The waterpark was fun and clean. The best part was the staff. They were friendly, warm and helpful. I especially loved the Evolution of Jamaican...
"Der er konstant larm, fra vejen, fra fly (hotellet ligger for enden af startbanen), fra naboer (der er meget lydt) og fra larmende musik fra pool og beach underholdning.
Maden kan spises, men det er ingen fornøjelse.
Hotellet kunne godt bruge en opgradering, og flere tIng virkede ikke f. eks. virkede senge lampen ikke og boksen på værelset manglede dør.
Personalet er søde og flinke, men uprofesionelle."

"My family and I stayed here the last night of of our vacation and it was perfect. Very convenient. Our room was directly in front the pool so we did a late night swim with my 1 year old and then breakfast was right up the stairs overlooking the ocean. You had the option to dine inside or on the balcony. It was cute and would definitely stay again to end my vacation. It’s close to the airport and they provide transportation to the airport!"

"Was close to be 5 stars, but it took reception 30 minutes to check out. The invoice was one big mess. In the end I had to make the calculation from them. Some people gave extraordinary service, where others seems not to understand what we were saying or what they were doing. Rooms were perfect. Breakfast could be better and have more variation. Location perfect."

"Bahia Principe Luxury is absolutely beautiful. As soon as I stepped into the reception area it took my breath away. So so beautiful. The property is well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Shaunte the reservationist for the excursions was super helpful. The most friendliest people I have ever met. I would definitely recommend that anyone coming to Jamaica stay at this resort. "

"Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent.
Very old and not maintained property.
It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive.
At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat.
Worst all inclusive ever, I had to make myself drinks since nobody was at the poolbar. The pool was dirty and so was the “hot tub”, if we can call it that.
I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say, don’t say it. But this was of the charts bad. And I only had one night otherwise I would have canceled my stay their for sure.
To go to the beach you have you cross the road and pay for chairs and umbrella at the beach, and also no beach-bar so your all inclusive is not really useful if you like to stay at the beach.
Breakfast was so terrible and so was lunch. For dinner we went out - says a lot when it is all inclusive.
To end on a positive note, it was close to the airport.
