We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. The elevator floors were dirty and for some reason there were huge flies in the hallway for 2 or more days.The window treatment in room 4204 is missing. This impacted efforts to get proper rest once it was daylight. The staff at the resort were very friendly and welcoming. Always offering assistance and ensuring we were taken care of."

"I went for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed it especially the lazy river. The only downside to my stay was the attitude I received from the housekeeping staff and 1 server in particular for breakfast. They tend to be warmer towards certain guests. Front desk agent Rochelle was absolutely helpful and sweet at all times"
