"This place was nice however there was clothes left over and personal items from the previous guest. When we arrived the AC unit DID NOT WORK !!!! It was 80degrees and no one came to fix it !!!! We had to use our smart devices to reset the unit and when we asked to be compensated or take the day off they did not. The company was very rude and didn’t accommodate us at all. "This was a great place to stay. Quiet end of Miami beach with great access to the beach. Both residences were very clean and the courtyard pool was so fun and convenient. Easy to get to the rest of Miami beach, shops, and restaurants. This is perfect for multiple families."
