I’m not sure I’d recommend this space with kids (especially toddlers) because sounds don’t absorb/dampen well in the minimalist aesthetic, and we felt stressed about being quiet enough out of respect for the units around us. "We were two grandparents, four parents and a college student who gathered for another college student’s graduation. We found Serene Views to be full of thoughtful appointments. The rooms all had charging cords and comfy beds. The bathrooms all had toiletries. The kitchen had all the necessary items. We enjoyed the pool table and pool.
