"The location was great, and the breakfast was pretty good overall. They had coffee, creamers, milk, waffles with syrup, cereal, muffins, pastries, and eggs each morning with either sausage or bacon. They also had a good variety of drinks available. The hotel was extremely crowded during our stay and a little loud at times. "Booked this hotel after my Air… went terribly wrong. Showed up 10 minutes after booking and 5 minutes later, I was in my clean room. The front desk agent was amazing and super kind. She turned my very stressful day around and I had such a great time in San Antonio! Spent way too much money and got to see my brother graduate from the Air Force basic training. Room was clean, grounds were impeccably maintained, pool was delightful. Thank you for everything."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent. rooms are nice however the carpet is very old and has a urine odor. probably from pet's accidents. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. I have been in other hotels where the floors are tiled and makes cleaning better and odorless. I really like the friendliness, breakfast, clean beds and bathrooms, BUT...
