Hoteller i Nordvestlige San Antonio

"Very nice hotel and big indoor pool. Had 4 elevators and great breakfast."

"Awesome place spacious rooms. The only thing cleaning room neeeds to be asked for"

"Good services"

"Really nice place, very clean. Located in a really safe area, we had shopping mall at walking distance. Staff really kind and friendly!"

"Clean and great location"

"Perfect trip."

"The price was great but that is all that was good. The floors were filthy in our room. The shower head did not work. Our room was not cleaned for our 2nd day there. When we asked about it, we were told that the cleaning people only come every 3 days!!! We had to take our dirty towels to get clean ones. There were no handrails to hang the towels except against the dirty toilet. When we told the staff about it, there was no sympathy or apology…just an apathetic look of disgust that we expected...

"Great service, especially at the bar. "

"Rent og pænt"

"Cleaned environment, hotel seems under renovation. The breakfast it was alright hoping the juice and ice tea were in the proper container instead on the ice tray. No waffle or pancake. not much desert for option."
