"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the property itself to be well maintained and in very good condition. The rooms and common areas were clean, and overall the hotel has a lot of potential. However, the service experience was disappointing. The staff did not seem happy to assist guests, and their attitude made interactions feel unwelcoming. "We wouldn’t stay here again. The room was just okay :/ The shower had lukewarm water at best, showers were cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs tasted like the pan they had been cooked in. They were inedible and extremely greasy. The bedroom linens were very obviously stained. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. I have been in other hotels where the floors are tiled and makes cleaning better and odorless. I really like the friendliness, breakfast, clean beds and bathrooms, BUT...
