Except that you had to carry extra baggage to bring with you sheets, pillows and towels - overall a wonderful experience. Our cat daughter Jhansi enjoyed the place, Will definitely go back."

"We traveled with our son and our exchange student over spring break and chose to stay here for the option of separate sleeping spaces. The layout was was great, two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The house was very clean and comfortable with easy off-road parking. There is only one shower, which was a little challenging, but manageable. The fireplace was very nice. The host was easy to communicate with. Overall we had a great trip and would stay at this house again."

"We travel the province for work... This place was perfect!! Roomy, super clean and quiet. There's a great general store at the front of the property where we had fresh hot meals for both dinner and breakfast. The house was just as advertised. The owners were easy to deal with, and had alot of nice little additions to there home/stay!! We'll definitely stay again when back in town! 10 star stay!!!"

The Crooked House had everything thoughtfully considered for the comfort of the guests - from the welcome package in the fridge to just how well equipped the property was. "This was a great place to stay as it is midway for members of the family. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms was a big factor for us. The VRBO is close to everything we wanted to see and do in Sudbury. The house is well equipped with dishware and cutlery, linens etc. The dishwasher, while being small worked well for the 7 of us ( and it was quiet) . The hot tub was an added touch and I could see that without the snow, the outdoor spaces ( from and back ) would allow for quality visiting time....

"The area looks a bit scruffy and the cabins need a good sprucing up. Cleanliness could be improved and the kitchen dishes, cutlery, utensils are minimal. Light bulbs missing; generally a tired, rough around the edges feel to the place."
