"I had a wonderful stay here, even under unexpected circumstances! When we arrived, a thunderstorm had knocked out the power, but the staff handled the situation so smoothly and professionally. They allowed us to check into our room without any hassle, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, everything we needed for a restful night. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and satisfying, with a good selection to start the day right.

"I liked the property and how easy it was to get there and get into the room from car parking. We were initially assigned to a room and told the door lock was tricky, but it didn't work at all. I went and asked to be moved and they moved us, as they weren't sold out. So why didn't they put us into a room with a working lock (and fix the lock on #23) right away? Also, the room was a bit pricey for what it was. But overall, good."
"Impeccably clean and well-maintained, the on-site owners stay on top of things here and it shows. Location was convenient enough for a full day of hikes at Terrace Bay, Aguasabin and Rainbow Falls and Ney’s Provincial Park. "
"Very friendly staff and even though the hotel is very brown, they have done very well with small treats, free Starbucks coffee and the first place my daughter got cocoa. The breakfast is vast and the first time on a two weeks road trip that real plates and cutlery was used and not disposable plastic. The pool was out of service at the time of visit, but we were advised before arriving."
