"We had a fantastic stay at Palace Hotel. Hotel location is great close to Tokyo train station and right next to the Palace gardens. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a view to the gardens. Service at the hotel is fantastic. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was really good. We enjoyed going swimming in the hotel pool in the morning. "

"Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. We enjoyed our 6 nights with you. The room was large and tastefully decorated. The free mini bar and the snacks in the common area was appreciated. We loved the morning exercises on the 30th floor and the sake tasting and our kids enjoyed the flower box workshop. We all enjoyed the onsen daily. I would have been nice if food did not have to be ordered in advance - it is a little challenging with jet lag etc. "

"Excellent apartments. Great size, comfortable, with a lot of useful amenities (like a washer and dryer in the bathroom where we stayed). The surrounding area is really lovely, with the train station around the corner, plenty of places to eat, several convenience stores and a grocery store."

"This is an extremely well placed hotel in regards to Tokyo station. This means easy access to trains, shops, restaurants etc. The room we had (standard room for 3 with the extra bed) was very small. The breakfast wasn't good but they give you the alternative of exchanging it for vouchers to get something at the next door mall."

"The hotel was perfectly located for visiting the city, directly across from the Tokyo Station, so access to the subway and trains was super easy. Walking distance to the Imperial Palace and the Museum of Modern Art. Rooms are a little small, but we weren’t spending much time in the room. Would definitely recommend the Hotel."

"Hotellet er ret nyt og det mærker man. Alt er fint nyt og rent....overalt. Værelset havde en fin størrelse og senge var ok, en anelse til den hårde side men vi sov godt. Der var ingen støj hverken fra gaden eller andre gæster. Morgenmaden var virkelig ringe og der var ingen engelsktalende tv-kanaler....det er de to eneste negative ting ved dette fine hotel."

"Henn na Hotel Asakusa was a great place to stay. I ended booking it again when I returned to Tokyo. The check in process is very straight forward. You type in your booking information, scan your passport and choose how many keys you need for the room. There were free baggage lockers to use when we arrived. Which was great as we arrived at 8am but check in wasn’t until 3pm. It also worked the other way where we checked out at 11am stored baggage as our flight wasn’t until the late evening. Its...
