My only complaint is the traditional blind and window was not thick enough. Would prefer black out curtains . I was woken up by the light at 6 every morning. Bring your sleeping eye mask if that’s an issue for you too. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Palace Hotel. Hotel location is great close to Tokyo train station and right next to the Palace gardens. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a view to the gardens. Service at the hotel is fantastic. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was really good. We enjoyed going swimming in the hotel pool in the morning. "

We loved the morning exercises on the 30th floor and the sake tasting and our kids enjoyed the flower box workshop. We all enjoyed the onsen daily.

"Dormy Inns are the best place to stay in Japan. The accommodations are no frills but the onsen makes it all worth it. Plus the probiotic yogurt in the morning, the popsicles at night and the free washing machine. Love Dormy Inn!!"

"Although this hotel is located in the Tokyo business district, it fulfilled all our needs travelling as a family of four. Located at the top of a highrise building we had good view of the city which we could enjoy - as the first stop in Japan coming from Europe we were a bit jetlagged the first many days why it was nice to have great views while waiting to fall asleep. This is also maybe the only critisism we can think of in relation to the hotel - it would have been nice if a bar or coffee...

"Meget lille, smalt værelse uden plads til at have to kufferter åbne på gulvet på trods af det havde to senge. Værelset vendte mod motorvejen og jernbanen med dertilhørende støj og derfor ingen møbler på balkonen - og billederne viste udsigt til haven.

Hotel var bare fantastisk.
Beliggenhed:
Hotellet ligger i et godt og trygt forretningområde, tæt på Tokyo Station (10 min gang) samt på flere metro stationer. Vi brugte mest Otemachi exit A2 (3 min). Mange metrolinier fra denne station. Der var også spise muligheder et par gader nede. Ellers 7-11 tæt på. Vil man gå lidt, og ikke bruge metro, er det nemt at komme til mange af de populære områder indenfor 25-30 minutters gang.
Værelset:
Vi havde 2 værelser nr. 414 og 416. Pæne og rene med badekar. God størrelse. Superior-værelse med 2 enkelt senge. Meget lydisoleret. Vi hørte ingen støj fra nærliggende motorvej og andre værelser. Det var også praktisk med et bord og to stole på værelset, så man ikke skulle opholde sig og altid sidde i sengen. Dejligt med de 2 store og brede senge.
Service og Personale:
Rengøring hver dag. Gratis vand blev sat i køleskabet alle dage.
Hver dag var der gratis kaffe, vand og snacks i lobbyen fra kl.15-21.
Personalet var altid utrolig venlige.
Morgenmad var god, med mange forskellige retter også internationalt. Meget venlig personale også ved morgenmaden.
Et af de bedste hoteller jeg har boet på til prisen.
Kan klart anbefales til lange eller korte ophold.
Nemt at komme til og fra lufthavnen. (Haneda).

"I understand that this hotel will close down for a much-needed teardown and makeover. I hope that the new Imperial Hotel will have more Japanese design details. The old one could just as well have been on Manhattan, and that’s a shame because Japanese design has so much to offer the world"
