"We had a fantastic stay at Palace Hotel. Hotel location is great close to Tokyo train station and right next to the Palace gardens. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a view to the gardens. Service at the hotel is fantastic. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was really good. We enjoyed going swimming in the hotel pool in the morning. "

"Although this hotel is located in the Tokyo business district, it fulfilled all our needs travelling as a family of four. Located at the top of a highrise building we had good view of the city which we could enjoy - as the first stop in Japan coming from Europe we were a bit jetlagged the first many days why it was nice to have great views while waiting to fall asleep. This is also maybe the only critisism we can think of in relation to the hotel - it would have been nice if a bar or coffee...
"It is very conveniently located, on top of a five line Metro station. You just walk into the station instead of going out to the street. A bit hard to find the entrance if you arrive by taxi. You also have to realize that the Hotel lobby is on the 22nd floor!"

The room was large and tastefully decorated. The free mini bar and the snacks in the common area was appreciated.
We loved the morning exercises on the 30th floor and the sake tasting and our kids enjoyed the flower box workshop. We all enjoyed the onsen daily.
I would have been nice if food did not have to be ordered in advance - it is a little challenging with jet lag etc. "
