The flat is ideally located between the old town and the port, on a recently renovated and rather quiet street.

It is probably the best location in Nice for your stay:

- Less than 5 minutes' walk from Nice port, the old town, the beach, the "Coulée verte" (green spaces, fountains and benches to relax) as well as Garibaldi Square.

- 12 minutes' walk from the flower market and the famous "Place Masséna" and the Promenade des Anglais.

This charming newly renovated flat is also very close to all public transport: tram stop 1 minute's walk away (direct airport), taxi rank 3 minutes away, train station 15 minutes by tram. You also have the possibility to easily park your vehicle in the paid car park "Port Lympia" located 150 metres from the flat.



You only have to put down your luggage and enjoy your stay: the cleaning is done just before your arrival, bed and bath linens are provided, as well as welcome products for your arrival.
