- Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the property—this rule is strictly enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS. Violating this policy will result in fines and/or eviction.
-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
-High Chair and/or Pack n' Play must be requested more than 24 hours before your arrival.
- Washer and Dryer is located in the Garage.
- Guests must climb stairs.

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later-than-advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1 pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

its 3 separate units so a little bit broken up but perfect for some extra space if you need it. There is not AC but so close to the ocean you get a good breeze and fun to be on the boardwalk. We rented 8ft tables and chairs so we could do a paint and sip on the patio. Great week in Newport.
