Private ferieboliger i Newburgh

"We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. There are lots of bicycles not in use and many charcoal grills. The...

"We stayed at this location for A Day. We wanted plenty of space for our son to relax if he wanted to. There were two bedrooms on the top floor and one in the second floor. When we entered the property, we had to walk up a flight of stairs to our rental. "We’ve stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it, so we were disappointed to see the property wasn’t in the same condition as it's been during previous visits. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including difficult-to-operate sliding doors, loose hardware, a dirty deck, and a hot tub with an odor and visible debris that was disappointing.Overall, we enjoyed our time but hope these issues are addressed, as this has been one of our favorite places to stay in the past."

"Pulling up to the property was magical! The directions provided were super helpful. And the house property were clean, cute and very comfortable. We only spent a day but were able to spend time at the lake and use the dock. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was very cool."

"Property was as advertised. Communication and responsiveness were great."

"The house was well appointed and very clean. The location was wonderful. We were attending a wedding at City Winery. The host was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. I would stay here again!"

We honestly wished we could stay for the whole summer. The pool was delightful, the tennis court provided plenty of fun for our group, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing some fantastic meals together. The only minor issue was that the hot tub didn't seem as clean as it could have been. Fortunately, the weather was so warm that we didn't end up using it anyway, so it didn't impact our...
