This Hotel looks amazing on the outside and the Lobby but once you get to your room it feels like you are at a Motel, the shower had visible black mold, the room is dated and smells like mildew, the beds are super low, the toilet takes forever to flush, it was not a pleasant stay. The girl that works at the Starbucks coffee shop has a really nasty attitude, she need to find a job that she enjoys cause this it not it..I purchased a Caramel Macchiato hot, she made it so quick that I didn’t have to to see what she was doing, I took the coffee and went to my room, when I tasted the coffee it tasted weird not like a Macchiato supposed to taste, I went back downstairs to ask her if she can remake the coffee for me, she got really upset and told me that she couldn’t remake it for me because she was really sure she made it right, she told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about because she had work for Starbucks for five years and she new the recipe from the top of her head, I asked for a refund and she told me that they don’t do refunds to basically drink it or throw it away, I asked her to let me speak to her supervisor she told that her supervisor wasn’t in the building, to go to the front desk. I went to the front desk and spoke to a Manager, he told me he can give me a voucher for another coffee, I told him that I didn’t want another coffee made by the same rude lady, he offered me and my family free breakfast.

The pictures do not represent the true current state of the property. The pool area was extremely dirty, with dirty towels just thrown about the pool area floor. My unit had no refrigerator. I had no body wash and the hotel staff did not replace it when I asked. Trash was overflowing in the hallway, our ice machine was not working, and we woke up Sunday morning to no coffee because the Starbucks did not have coffee filters. My unit bathroom door was off the hinges and did not close properly. Hotel staff was not friendly or helpful at all. I would never stay here again.

The staff was real nice and hospitable. The room was real nice and clean upon entry as it should be. The only issue I had was they were unable to locate one very important package that was sent to the hotel and showing delivered after multiple staff made it attempt to find it and were unsuccessful.

Staff was not customer friendly at all . Very disappointed with the staff service from the time we got there to the end. From reception to the cafeteria and to the room cleaning. No one would answer the phone’s. Hilton really disappointed me.

The proximity to the airport is excellent. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend the bar/restaurant for the food and staff. The free shuttle had a very nice operator. The room was clean just a bit dated and musty. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Washroom toliet didn't flush, took 2 days to get a new room, manager came up at 2am to plung the toliet, next day it wasnt working again so he came up again at night and just handed us the plunger and left. bed sheets had stains on them (red stains) we just decided at that point to accept the mess and live in it. the people working were nice but overall it wasnt the best experience. renovations are happening so the main area is pretty but rooms are outdated and windows have a sun burnt tint.

I could not wait to leave! The Hotel is located in an industrial area of the airport. The building and the amenities were threadbare. My room smelled of tobacco and the rug had burned spots. The telephone did not work; the electrical outlets were few and worn out. The ride to the airport was a wild high speed affair; the driver was abusive and rude to the passengers. What an unforgettable experience.

I will be contacting corporate. Room 127 smelled like cigarette smoke so I move to another room. The other room had a damaged light, toilet backed up had to get room service to check out problem before using which made it uncomfortable. I had to wait a long time for a remote. Wiring was damaged and exposed which makes a safety concern. I have pictures to show corporate and want a full refund

I booked and paid $212 in advance for a one-bed room. After checking in, the hotel charged an extra $75 on the card (which was corrected after complaining to Expedia, the amount no longer appears on the card statement) .

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the floors were sticky in the lobby, bar and food areas and there was construction outside the elevator. Plus a $25 courtesy fee for parking.

I was put in a room on the first floor across the hall from the extremely loud and smelly kitchen. The room itself smelled like a smoker had used it last and the bathroom had a sweaty guy smell (which was the shower curtain) and it was so bad I could barely even tolerate using the toilet. The front desk staff were not at all friendly and it took forever to get me checked in as the guy working on my reservation kept running off rather than just focusing on finishing the task at hand. Someone else had to actually finish checking me in. Also, the famous cookies? Not in evidence anywhere. An exceptionally disappointing stay. Thankfully, I was only there 2 nights, but I won’t be prepaying for a hotel again ever and I definitely wont be staying at that hotel and likely not another Doubletree ever.

They have a great pool and gym. The elevator system they use is awesome. You never have to wait because of the system they use even with a full hotel. The room was spacious. The only downfall was the very loud housekeeping staff during early mornings yelling to each other and slamming doors. Why should everyone have to be awakened by you cleaning rooms?
