Sjov og dejlig oplevelse. Super central placering eneste minus er at deres kapacitet af elevatorerne er alt for lille, der er alt for lang ventetid ved brug.

Very nice loaction
Great hotel, great location, great (small) rooms. But the young staff, especially in the restaurants, definitely need to work on their hospitality and service skills. And yes, there is a problem with the very few elevators which causes a lot of waiting time. But is has a fab. location on Time Square.

Everything was good. Nice people at the reception, cleaning was good. All were kind and very helpful throughout the stay. We will def come back next time we will come to New York. Only negative thing to say was people are occupying the sunbeds for a hole day without using them - could be nice if the staff did not allow this.

Les : situé à Time Square donc très central, MOMA, Top of the Rock, Central Park accessibles à pied. La piscine pour se relaxer après beaucoup de marche. La possibilité de faire garder les bagages le jour du départ. Les - : Chambre un peu petite, obligé d'appeler presque tous les jours pour faire la chambre. Temps d'attente pour l'ascenseur trop longs malgré 4 ascenseurs.

The breakfast needs work . Ice coffee not great . Bacon hard is a rock ! sausage cooked to death. Home fries definitely frozen . Just not good .

The service at the pool area was terrible. After sitting there for almost an hour we inquired about wanting to order drinks and appetizers. They related, there is no pool service and we had to order at the bar. There were several waiters and bar staff talking amongst themselves. Even walked by us several times. Not even looking in our direction. Next, three of the four elevators were broken two of the four days we stayed. They related it was due to excessive use by patrons. OMG. Lastly, the shower system is terrible to figure out how to get the hot/cold waters to work properly. Several other guests while in the elevator related the same issue. Oh, and the required facility fee of $58 each day is ridiculous.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly. Room size is very small. Closet is literally 6 inch wide no place to put your luggage.

This is a hotel for those who enjoy kitsch, a swimming pool, arriving in your room to find that you're in a tropical paradise while also being in NYC! It's a fun experience.

Very very friendly staff and bartenders!! Made it feel very welcoming and inviting to stay here!! Location is perfect if you’re trying to take in Time Square and all of the food and dining choices in the area!!

Hotel does not have it's own parking, so closest place is across the street. Parking sort of easy, close to hotel, but its super expensive . my car was there from Friday around 6pm till Monday 9am. And I paid for it $226. So do your math! Good thing about it it's easy, convenient and no need to worry about it. Drop off and pick up were fast also.

The rooms are to small. Matchbox size. Hardly any room around the bed. Practically right next to the wall. They sacrifice space to have more rooms available in the hotel. Guess this is a modern day New York thing.

Rooms are cute. Very small room looked clean, but that’s questionable due to the fact that I found half bottles of soda and water in the fridge. I attempted to contact hotel (emails and calls)for almost 2 weeks before check-in so that room could be decorated upon arrival (daughters 21st bday) never heard back after being told I needed a credit card authorization form filled out which was not a problem I asked for it to be emailed three times and never received it or response after that.

We had a fabulous time. The experience was awesome. There’s nothing I could say negative about the facility except for the seventh floor, bartender and young lady never came back to ask us if we wanted anything. How was our drinks? How was our food at the end of night tapped out my intentions, was not to leave her a tip she tipped herself a $10 tip that wasn’t cool with me or That wasn’t my intentions to give her a tip, but it’s OK. She felt like she needed that by all means help yourself to anything it’s OK. God bless you young lady that was fabulous. I had a wonderful time. It was beautiful. Looking forward to coming back again.

This property is very nice and clean. It is small though. & they do not have irons if you need to iron your clothes, gotta bring your own. And also, the fire is no where for you to reheat food if you need to. Otherwise, it was okay. A little expensive to not have all of the amenities that cheaper places provide though.

We enjoyed this property for the convenience of walking to all the attractions we wanted to see. Great selection of restaurants and pubs in the hotel and your in the middle of Times Square if you can’t find anything at the hotel. View from the rooftop patio was worth it all!

We really liked the laid back vibe. Only thing we didn’t like was that a rep convinced us to incur an additional charge for a presentation on a timeshare that she didn’t fully explain and that we were not interested in.
