Great, as always, just please change my towels :-)
The staff at the hotel is very nice and the restaurant is really good as well. I stayed here many times and keep coming back. This time, however no one came to change the towels, even though I left the sticker on the door and asked in the reception.

Dejligt hotel i roligt område tæt ved subway. Venligt og service minded personale. Fantastisk morgenmad i restaurant. Kompakte værelser med ringe aflæggemuligheder til tøj. Tagterrasse og gårdhave.

Skønt hotel
Arla SoHo er et skønt hotel. Stor ros til Alle ansatte, vild flinke og hjælpsomme - David ved døren er altid klar og med et stort smil. Ligger i ej dejligt område. Det eneste minus er deres terrasse i stueplan der er der en del støj.

Super sted.
Vi havde 6 skønne nætter i New York. Værelset var godt indrettet på de 14 kvm og sengen var rigtig komfortabel. Værelset var lidt slidt men ikke noget af betydning. Personalet var super venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi vil klart anbefale Arlo Soho.

Virkelig sødt personale og lækker morgenmad ☺️ Værelserne var meget små, hvilket vi havde læst, men for små til alle vores kufferter. Derudover larmede airconditionen på værelset helt vildt.

Small but cool
Excellent hotel. Nice and very helpful staff. Rooms are small but it is NYC.. location maybe a bit ‘industriel’ but only 10 min to great shopping area.. Can recommend.

As stated in multiple reviews, rooms are tiny. Hotel is relatively clean, with housekeeping regularly cleaning the lobby. Check in process was very disappointing for me. I came in early and saw a mass of people check out. I thought a room would be available for early check in, but it took AGES.Understood it was outside general managements control but the experience was very disappointing and the best thing management could do for me is offer bag check in and the ability to freshen up using their lobby bathrooms and nap in their lobby if i wanted to.

I thought it was a great property. Rooms are extremely small service was excellent very accommodating very loud outside even in the wee hours of the night and a little out-of-the-way in Soho not in the best location.

Pro’s: staff is very helpful and friendly and overall the rooms are clean and updated. Cons: The rooms are TINY, AC noisy, and the worst is the gym studio blaring music at 7am EVERY morning, which makes it impossible to sleep past this time, no matter what floor you are on.

Great property, great vibe. Some confusion at check-in over large hold put on cc despite room being prepaid on Expedia. It was sorted out at check out by the very awesome Danny. It’s a gem of a hotel, with excellent restaurant, rooftop lounge.

Felt like a boutique hotel but with larger capacity. Attention to detail was lovely. Staff were great! A little noisy at times with music on the patio side. Rooms were small and cozy.

As a New York hotel we expected a small room, and it was. The bunk beds were wider than usual bunks, and the mattresses and pillows really comfortable. All the staff we encountered were fantastic. So friendly but professional. The shower was magnificent. There were some dust bunnies around the bed frames, but thats nit picking. All the complimentry toiletries were generous in size and excellent quality. We didnt use all the hotel's facilities, but staff couldnt do enough to help when we needed assistance.

It was perfect! Close to great restaurants, shopping and the subway. And the restaurant in the hotel was excellent! The staff was so helpful and friendly and welcoming!

Brilliant location for exploring all parts of New York. Very friendly staff, who were always helpful and generate a very welcoming atmosphere. In general, a great hotel with a wonderful rooftop (especially in the late afternoon). Also has a fun cocktail bar, great restaurant, and convenient workspaces. Would recommend.
