A Home Away From Home

The House of MOS is a home that has been in my family for many decades. Recently, I had the privilege to repurchase my family home alongside my mom after the passing of my father in newly renovated condition. We'd like to welcome you to a place you can make yourself feel right at home as we have many years ago. We are about a 15 minute walk to the LIRR (Locust Manor Station) for faster and easier transfers into the Manhattan. We are conveniently located between both airports. JFK is approximately 9 minutes away by car and LGA is approximately 20 mins away by car. Also, enjoy your time at the Resorts World Casino that is about a 16 minute drive down Rockaway. The entire house was designed with setting the vibe in mind. There are over 10 different light settings in the living room alone. There is a monitor with CCTV that gives views of the front and rear doors of the house. There are board games such as Clue, Jenga, Payday, and Monopoly to add to a game night experience. A bar cart equipped with a wine opener, cocktail essentials and gIasses to make your sipping a bit eloquent. Every room has a mounted tv with all streaming apps downloaded, but in need of your credentials to pick up where you left off at home. Room 1 is an office space for guests that work from home and has a lounging chaise for break time. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a Keurig, creamers and sugar, a toaster, and various cooking utensils. Full bath with standard sized shower and tub combo, glass sliding doors and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bedroom 1 is the full sized bed with down pillows and comforter. Bedroom 2 is a queen sized bed with a dresser and decorative seating. All rooms have locks and include a complimentary luggage rack. I live on the property and will be happy to answer any questions or fulfill any requests as needed.
