We stayed at The Eleanor for a weekend in a three-bedroom unit with our family, and it was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience.
In the middle of the night, an alarm went off for about 20 minutes. Because the property is fully digitally managed with no on-site staff, there was no one available to respond. This woke our entire family and raised serious concerns about how emergencies are handled.
The constant noise was even worse. Hallways were filled with people yelling and running late into the night, and the walls are so thin that everything carries directly into the unit. Sleep was impossible. Staff eventually arrived but were unable to control the situation, and the disturbances continued all night.
We had booked two nights but checked out after the first because it was unbearable. The hotel refused to refund the second night and would not meaningfully address our concerns about noise or safety.
There was no accountability and no real communication. This is not a family-friendly property, and I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
