Afternoons drift by on the wraparound balcony, coffee in hand, with the neighborhood's tree-lined streets unfolding below. Evenings pull you back out to Magazine Street, just steps away, where local restaurants and shops keep things lively well into the night. This is New Orleans living at a comfortable, unhurried pace.

Natural light fills every corner of this airy condo, making it a genuinely pleasant place to come back to after a day of exploring. The private entrance and gated off-street parking mean arrivals and departures are easy, and the self check-in via smart lock keeps things on your schedule. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades ensure you're comfortable whatever the weather.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is anchored by a king bed dressed in plush linens, designed for long, restful nights. With two full bathrooms - one fitted with a bathtub - couples and solo travelers alike will find more breathing room than a typical city stay.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking: electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and all the cooking basics you'd need. A dining bar doubles as a dedicated workspace - useful for remote work days or simply plotting the next day's itinerary over a morning coffee. Wine glasses, a toaster, a baking sheet, and a coffee maker are all provided.
 
Outdoor living
The wraparound balcony gives you a private perch above the neighborhood - a natural spot to open the day or wind it down. Below, the fully fenced private backyard provides a secure outdoor space to stretch out, and it's welcoming for pets too.

In-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi (241 Mbps), and a smart TV with Ethernet connection cover the practical essentials. Towels, bed sheets, hangers, an iron, clothing storage, and cleaning products are all provided. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are present on the property. For families, a pack 'n play/travel crib and a folding high chair are available, along with babysitter recommendations on request. Long-term stays are welcome.

Directly across from il Mercato, the condo is an easy choice for wedding guests or anyone who wants a walkable home base. Magazine Street's dining, shopping, and local energy are steps from the front door. The French Quarter is just minutes away when you're ready to venture further.
