Beautiful Top Notch Hotel
This was a beautiful hotel! Completely high end. Espresso Machine and hot pot in the room. On demand hot water in the faucets and shower. Gorgeous decor. Fully smart facility. We went off season and it was very quiet and peaceful. Very zen. The buffet was closed but we were served a made to order breakfast. Highly recommend a trip here. Another excellent advantage was watching the sun rise on the Black Sea.

A gem in the Constanta area
It was a great spot. Very comfortable and clean. A wonderful value. Breakfast was awesome on the beach.

Very clean and modern, very comfortable. The rooms with direct sea view have a really beautiful view. . There are supermarkets and a farmacy literally few steps away, so location is also very good. The breakfast is phenomenal, so much choice for good food. Nothing negative to say.

Egen strand
Vi är nöjda med vistelsen. Det är bra med hotell som har egen strand. Personalen var bra, framför allt de positiva ungdomarna som arbetade kring solstolarna.

The resort is superbly done and the staff has an old school Romanian hospitality that you typically experience mostly when staying with family or close friends in the country which made it that much more pleasant as opposed to other places I experienced in the country where the servers/staff members have an attitude for no reason. If you are in the area, I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely return here if I’m into area again in the future.

I love this hotel
I am so happy I found this hotel at the seaside, I will definetely be returning here. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, I was spoiled with the seaside view, enjoyed the swimming pool, the beach and the breakfast.

It was awesome! We had one small miss understanding with breakfast when we checked in, but it was professionally addressed! It really was a great experience! I highly recommend this hotel. Great stay, very clean, good breakfast! Way to go...!

Opera Hotel - the place to stay!
Beautiful hotel built three years ago in a growing area. Nicely located right on the beach. Weekends have live music until almost 3AM that you can enjoy from your beach-facing room. Beautiful swimming pool.

Very nice hotel with private beach
Very nice cleaners, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the waitresses. They never smile and they’ve been almost rude in the way of taking orders. Slow service. Very kind the girl from the towel room!

After traveling in the north west of the country, arriving to opera hotel was not the best experience for us. The hotel staff is not really helpful and doesn’t know to answer simple questions. Also, the hotel is very noisy

Glad to come back to a hotel I appreciate a lot
This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. It was generally as good as I remember it from the previous year. I appreciate the exit directly onto the beach, well maintained by the hotel, very good breakfast, adequate room size and nice design, inside and out. Will book again for my next trip to Mamaia.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s only 2 years old so everything is brand new. The rooms are incredibly clean, and designed in a luxurious modern style. The pool and beach front is beautiful with a pool bar and servers. The service was really great throughout our stay, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel restaurant had amazing food, including a delicious breakfast buffet. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly, he even had a staff member give us a drive to the train station. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to any tourists or locals. In our opinion this is definitely the best hotel on the mamaia strip.

Very nice hotel at the beach. We had a very comfortable stay. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast all in all good but they have no dietary choises like gluten or lactose free products.

Nice hotel but poor service
This is one of the newest hotels in Mamaia. Very modern rooms, nice bathrooms and overall a nice feel. We walked by other hotels and this is by far the nicest. The breakfast in the morning was also very good and could be enjoyed in the restaurant or outside on the terrasse. That said there are some things that need to be addressed: - we paid on Expedia for a sea view and terrasse however the room we were assigned on checking in was facing another building with no sea side view. We requested a change and that was not what we had paid for but none other were available. After some back and forth they agreed to move us on our second night. I would recommend you call to reconfirm your room type before arriving. Management should also not sell rooms as sea view if they face the building beside. - Staff on the hôtel's beach are rude and unhelpful. We were told we could not sit on the first row of beach chairs facing the water as they had been reserved for the summer (really???). I later found it the staff wanted 100 lei to have the privilege to sit here even though I am a hotel client. I would encourage management to look into the rude and unprofessional behavior of this staff. - Front desk staff was not particularly helpful when it came to restaurant or bar recommendations. Overall a very nice hotel that just needs to address some staff issues to be great.

Good, not great
Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast, excellent beach access! Parking is terrible. Many room are actually only partial sea views, this was disappointing. Soap dispenser in shower was empty and not refilled by housekeeping. The hotel is nice, if it were not one of the most expensive bin Mamaia I would be less picky. I had very high expectations.

- very loud when you have your room near the skybar - hotel room was not so clean like you have to expected it for a 4 star hotel (glass split on the floor, toilet not totally clean, waste on the floor) - but breakfast very good - all in all too expensive for the service you get

Angenehmes Hotel, aber zu teuer
Wir wollten ein paar Tage ausspannen nach einer anstrengenden Rumänienreise. Das geht dort auch wegen des Privatstrandes und der noch akzeptierbaren Größe des Hotels. Aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hinten und vorne nicht. Bei diesen Zimmerpreisen darf man frisch gepresste Säfte und anständiges Brot erwarten. Das Hotelpersonal war zwar bemüht, aber bestand anscheinend aus lauter Praktikanten. Der Strand ist OK, aber auch nichts besonderes. Nachts zwang uns einmal der Lärm der nahegelegenen Diskothek die Fenster geschlossen zu halten.

Totally new, high tech style with its own beach
This hotel is brandnew so everyyhing just shines. Nice breakfast, beautifil pool and it has its own beach chairs/umbrellas. Polite stuff, very responsive. Would definetely come back.
