"Front desk was fun, room was impeccable "

"Room looked great at first glance. Everything was clean. Staff was very helpful. 2 small issues... toilet paper was almost the equivalent of sandpaper. Really?!?!?! And surprised the tub lacked bars for safety in getting in and out of the tub. Everything else was outstanding."

"Vi bookede hotellet pga. hotellets pool og spa. Desværre var pool og spa beskidt og virkede meget uhygiejnisk. Både pool og spa lugtede fælt af kemikalier. Derudover var der ingen omklædningsfaciliteter og bruseren i poolområdet havde ikke varmt vand. Resten af hotellet og service kan vi ikke sætte en finger på, men pool og spa var en stor skuffelse for familien"

"Great location within short distance after a Ravens football game with amazing restaurants just across the street. Unsure why hotel decided to charge $5 per night for parking since it's outside downtown. Feels like a cheap way to make more money."

"I found it in the top shelf on the closet a pair of used socks. All other things are in good standing. They have a tea/coffee station for guest...excellent!"

"from the very first call there, I was immediately impressed. the lady on the phone was pleasant and very helpful. We arrived early with 2 small children and was able to immediately check in. The hotel was very clean and all staff was very nice. We went to the pool which was only 8 doors from our room and the pool was great ( a little cold) the kids did not care. however when we left the pool teh hallway was nicely heated. great stay great time "
