"Great overnight stay, wish we could've stayed longer. Front desk staff were amazing, found us a luggage cart when they were all gone. Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant was friendly, helpful and kept the area spotless. Rooms are so spacious, clean, top notch."

"Our room toilet was sluggish, then was completely clogged. I talked to Noah, the front-office staff, asking for it to be unclogged while we are out. When we returned 4 or 5 hours later, no work had been done. When I talked again with Noah, he said there was "no mechanic" working today (a Sunday). I asked for a different room. It took 3 hours for him to get us another room. Also, the motel was basically for transients and drug addicts."

"Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money"

"Dirty, filthy and unacceptable. Bathroom, towels, couch, broken door latch, the worst I have ever seen and I've traveled to 6 continents. We had to leave and go to another hotel because of how dirty the room was upon our arrival."

I called ahead and was approved for early check-in, and I arrived two hours before the standard 4 PM check-in. Even arriving that early, I was told the hotel had overbooked and was “upgrading” me to a standard room with two queen beds — a room that normally goes for under $200.
