Choose any other springs than this. Joey and the pool bartender were the only highlights for our 2nd venture here. The $65 and One Cash proved I should have just chosen the Super 8 for free. Highly overpriced, all other staffers were there reluctantly if not out right rude, tv never worked which doesn't make sense when the soaking hrs are 9am-9pm with check out at 11, and worse, had to wait for someone to deliver TOILET paper- which is DEFINITELY not the ideal time in order to wait for it. We skipped the restaurant altogether because of the disaster we experienced last time. Whoever the CEO or property manager is needs to be replaced or degreed in hospitality. It's not about the employees, staff or even the clients' experience - it's only about making money. Resort? I guarantee it is not. Consider yourself warned.
