Good afternoon we are really Sorry to read you did not enjoy your staying in our hotel. We are really surprised to read that the hotel "needs a revamp "since the hotel was completely renoveted less than 1 year ago. Usually all the customer appreciated the hotel in general,the rooms,the cleaning and the staff. We wonder what happen .we understand that taste Is very personal and not everyone could appreciated our style but we are sure about the quality of our cleaning and confort. Gentile signor Roberto ci dispiace molto leggere il suo commento perchè la nostra priorità è sempre che i nostri ospiti abbiano un soggiorno gradevole. Ci teniamo a sottolineare che H22 è un Hotel e non un appartamento . La camera nella quale lei ha soggiornato è dotata di un piccolo frigobar da camera nel quale forniamo acqua gratuitamente per i nostri ospiti. Il bagno è senza finestra ma provvisto di aereatore. I tappi dei lavandini per scelta abbiamo deciso di non metterli ma in ogni lavandino ci sono dei filtri che consentono lo scorrimento dell'acqua proteggendo gli scarichi da eventuali residui. Il palazzo in cui si trova H22 hotel è un palazzo antico del centro storico di Napoli. Ci dispiace che non sia stato di suo gradimento. Riguardo al prezzo della camera abbiamo ricevuto la sua prenotazione direttamente da Expedia con la tariffa da loro indicata e da lei scelta per tipologia di camera come da dettaglio della sua prenotazione. Il costo della camera è di 90,72 più 3,50 di tassa di soggiorno. Non comprendiamo perchè indica il prezzo di 73 euro. Ci dispiace comunque molto che non si sia trovato bene nel nostro hotel che solitamente viene molto apprezzato dagli ospiti che soggiornano da noi. Se ci avesse detto cosa non era di suo gradimento avremmo cercato sicuramente di offrirle quello di cui aveva bisogno. la ringraziamo comunque per averci scelto.Cordiali salutiGiuliahotel managementh22 hotel
