Loved the oceanfront view from the balcony. Unit was very clean and up to date of all appliances. Nicely decorated.

Great place with a great view!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was exactly as listed. The balcony was amazing and we spent hours out there watching the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for what you pay. Balcony door broken

Everything was great except the balcony door was super hard to open and shut. As a male in my 30’s, it took rea effort to open and shut. We just dealt with it and reported it on the final day before we left. Never heard back. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

Family of Four

Condo was clean, amazing views, and big enough for our family of four (kids are 19 and 17). The ONLY downside was the sliding door to balcony was hard to open and close. That's not a big issue for us and our stay was great. Restaurants and stores were a short drive, and the beach is right there when you get off the elevator. We will definitely stay here again.

Great time at the beach!

We had a great time at Sand's Beach Club! Our condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We love the location- the last in a line of condos. The beach was not crowded and family friendly. Thanks a bunch!

Beautiful scenery, pretty nice room.

We liked the room. It was a little confusing as there several buildings to choose from. The room was lovely, but dirty. The floor had'nt been mopped in a while, HUGE black cobwebs on the ceiling light over the table, walls scuffed up. No info on how to use the TV. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the ocean side was beautiful. We will go back.

Good Overall for the Price

It was okay. Beds were comfortable and everything worked. Only complaints were that the couches are very old. There were a few supplies missing. We only had the toilet paper that was left on the rolls. No paper towels or dish soap of any kind. Thankfully we brought those with us and just had to purchase hand soap. The views were gorgeous, and we loved the easy access to the beach. We liked the location as it was tucked away from the busy streets. We had a great week!

Nice relaxing stay

We love this complex and stay every year. This until was well appointed. Especially appreciated the washer/dryer and Kurig. Would stay in this unit again.

Our condo

I absolutely loved the beach view. It was very relaxing and just what i needed. The condo could use some updating but on the plus side the bed was super comfortable in the master bedroom. The main downfall is i have a fobia with bugs and there was an issue with cockroaches aka as they said palmetto bugs around the perimeter of the facility. One actually made its way into the condo but we killed it right away and the maintenance guy did bring us a sticky trap for any other ones that could make it in. Fortunately we did not see any other bugs in the condo or make its way in.

Great location for family

Overall this was a great stay! The location is perfect and the amenities were great for our boys- ages 8-13. The condo is a little dated and could be a bit cleaner but overall it was perfect and we would stay here again for sure. The owners were very nice and super responsive.

Poor property description and overall cleanliness

Beware...this beach unit does not have a washer and drier even though they checkout directions tell you to place the dirty linens in front of the washer. There are washer/drier units available in the building but they are nasty and require $4 in quarters. There were NO extra towels or pillows. So much for using the pullout couch. The overall cleanliness and condition of the property was unsatisfactory. Hair in the master shower, cabinets delaminating, and in need of a deep cleaning. Read every detail of the listing and ask questions prior to renting. The only reason we rated it two stars is due to the location and proximity to the beach.

The unit does NOT have washer or dryer despite how the listing reads. There were no clean sheets for the pullout bed nor pillows. There were NO extra towels. We had 6 people and 6 towels, we had to call and ask for towels twice. There is mold growing on the balcony ceiling.
