Cumberland By The Sea is a short walk to the beach, and the Cumberland Terrace community has a wonderful swimming pool available for our guests.  The Kingston Plantation community has a 24 hour guard gate at the entrance, so this is one of the safest communities in the Grand Strand area.

Conveniently located just minutes from Tanger Outlets and a Wal-Mart Supercenter, everything you will need is less than a 5 minute car ride away.  Additionally, due to immediate access to highways 17 and 31, all of the best destinations in the greater Myrtle Beach area are only a short drive away.  The Myrtle Beach International Airport is located 13.8 miles from Kingston Plantation.
