"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment.
We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food.
We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...

"Totalmente recomendable para visitar Venecia. A 20 minutos en tren, con la estación al lado. El hotel esta muy bien, con una habitación perfecta y el trato de Elisa hace que la estancia sea perfecta. Lo mejor, sin duda, los desayunos con una repostería casera riquísima "

"Great hotel with really nice and professional staff. We loved to cool down by the pool. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Venice without actually staying in Venice, as you can easily take the train directly to Venice from this city. Would come back if I were to visit Venice again. "

"Excellent stay! The rooms are renovated and the service is amazing. There were very few people at the pool, which i quite enjoyed. Will definately consider visiting again"

"Convenient location close to Venice. The hotel is a little worn down, but the staff is very friendly and service minded. Breakfast good. Great value.
We can recommend "Bavarian Fest" across the hotel - it looks a little strange, but the pizzas and service are great (sit outside). "

"Super nice place and the evening receptionist was really helpful. Breakfast okay, nothing major.
No thoughts as to sustainability at all. That would have been nice to see - and so many easy first steps. I hope this will change soon. "

"Chose the hotel due to the proximity to the airport as we had an early flight. It is within a few minutes driving distance - not suitable for walking with luggage. The reception can help with booking of shuttle if needed. The Room was large and clean. A Little noise from the Road outside. Would be nice with a duvet instead of the typical sheet and blanket. Friendly reception staff. "

"Overall an annoying experience. The staff was very nice, and very helpful, but it was unfortunately overshadowed by the fact, that the aircondition was broken, and unable to be turned off, so the room was freezing cold. The night porter was able to open one of the AC's up, and with tools make it stop working alltogether. Now it was just making a loud humming/buzzing noise, so we had to cover it with linnen to dampen the noise.
Also, we were all awakened in the night by the neighbour, whom returned home late, and went to take a shower. It literally sounded like they were in a bathtub in the middle of our room. You could hear the water splashing and running and people talking, so loud that i had to stand up and make sure they werent actually in our apartment.
So for all the good and helpful effort from the staff, it unfortunately falls short of a good experience because of the issues mentioned.
Tidy and clean though, and free complimentary snacks at the check in."
