"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment.
We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food.
We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...
"Great hotel with really nice and professional staff. We loved to cool down by the pool. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Venice without actually staying in Venice, as you can easily take the train directly to Venice from this city. Would come back if I were to visit Venice again. "

"Det var fantastisk at bo i de gamle stuer som havde så meget charme.
Haven var et paradis med 250 år gamle træer.
Rundvisningen og vin-shoppen gir vi toppoint. Man kunne købe en flaske iskold prosecco i shoppen så lånte man bare glas og kunne sidde og nyde det i haven 👍.
Morgenmaden var fin og blev serveret i lokalet ovenover vin-shoppen 👍.
Særligt fortjener personalet meget stor ros for deres service, hjælpsomhed og ro. Personalet var meget smilende, imødekommende og nærværende.

"Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi works great. It's a 15 minute drive from the Treviso airport, parking is easy, and the place is off the main road so very quiet and peaceful. "

We can recommend "Bavarian Fest" across the hotel - it looks a little strange, but the pizzas and service are great (sit outside). "

"God beliggenhed og dejligt område omkring hotellet. Venlig betjening og fin rengjort. Værelse i god størrelse og dejlig ac. Poolen var super men dog lidt kold selv efter en varm dag. Det negative var et køleskab som ikke virkede. Blev efterset men uden at det hjalp noget. Det manglede vi til at holde drikkevarer kolde. Morgenmadsbuffeten med scrambled æg, bønner, bacon osv holdt ikke maden varm så det var nærmest koldt når man spiste det, ærgeligt. Godt brød mod ost m.m."
"Overall an annoying experience. The staff was very nice, and very helpful, but it was unfortunately overshadowed by the fact, that the aircondition was broken, and unable to be turned off, so the room was freezing cold. The night porter was able to open one of the AC's up, and with tools make it stop working alltogether. Now it was just making a loud humming/buzzing noise, so we had to cover it with linnen to dampen the noise.
Also, we were all awakened in the night by the neighbour, whom returned home late, and went to take a shower. It literally sounded like they were in a bathtub in the middle of our room. You could hear the water splashing and running and people talking, so loud that i had to stand up and make sure they werent actually in our apartment.
So for all the good and helpful effort from the staff, it unfortunately falls short of a good experience because of the issues mentioned.

"Amazing stay! Great pool and beach combo. Cozy houses and clean and accessible area. Overall a great place to stay. Don’t love that you have to pay extra for a seat/ sunbed at the pool however. But we managed. "
