The location is excellent for walking to shops and restaurants with lovely views of the marina outside. The hotel staff were very polite and attentive. The carpets in the room were not so clean. The only criticism.

My 2 night stay was pleasant and I would return for future visits to Muscat. The room was clean and the Marina view was beautiful. I enjoyed the proximity to nearby restaurants and there was no need to leave the area.

Great location, but very much over-priced
Great location in Al Mouj, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Very comfortable room, but overpriced. Asked for sea view, which OK but was slighlty spoiled by construction in front of the hotel. Long wait for check-in, despite phoning ahead. Took forever to get housekeeping to bring some small items. I don't know why the roof-top pool closes at 6.00pm - just when the sun is setting and you can great views, they start clearing the sunbeds and move you out. Breakfast is fine but be prepared to wait for any cooked eggs. Overall slightly disappointed especially given the cost.

Excellent staff, excellent location! Loved our stay here. We came to Oman from all different parts of the world to attend a wedding. We had an amazing reunion staying at the hotel. They were accommodating and the place is located by a beautiful Marina with lots of restaurant options. I highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay here again!
