1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...
"Great stay, very clean, spacious room. Very pleasant all around with friendly customer service. Breakfast didn’t accommodate for allergies. Lots of cross contamination. Had to go elsewhere for food."
"We had a great stay. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I wish I had names, but we checked in the and the young gentleman grabbed us a cart and went to our car and helped us with the luggage. He also brought everything to our room. I think he also was the valet at that time. The night time valet was super great!!! The hotel is very nice and we had a great stay. "
"I loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didn’t match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than that…I still give our stay 5 stars across the board. "
"This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was spacious, clean and water pressure was good.
