This Beach Cottage is located in Beach Retreat gated community directly across from private beach access. The area is away from large high-rise resorts offering a more secluded spot just a short walk to perfect relaxation on the white sugar sands of Destin Beach. Sea La Vie has three bedrooms each with its ensuite bathroom ensuring plenty of spacious comfort. Updated and stylish, the first-floor open-floor plan includes the kitchen, dining room, and living area, which are great for relaxing, cooking, and entertainment. Wi-Fi and smart TVs in every room, a washer and dryer, and an updated kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your stay including two types of coffee pots (Keurig and drip). The ground floor also provides a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests and a queen bedroom with an ensuite. On the second floor is the primary king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and double French door balcony access. The bunkroom with ensuite bathroom has one full/twin and one twin/twin bunk. Within the community of Beach Retreat is a community pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and fitness center.  A seasonal, daily beach chair/umbrella setup is included with this rental. Enjoy the no-hassle fun in the sun!

Rated as Premier and Super Hosts, one way we provide great service unique to us is our Meet & Greets giving house-specific information & answering any questions. Etc.

Max occupancy is 11 total guests, including infants. Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allowed.

Beach Borrow & Chair Share
We have beach items, chairs, toys, gear, etc. that previous guests have left to reduce waste keeping our beaches beautiful. This also helps you to save more and bring joy to the next family!

** Pre-arrival grocery delivery & set up! (Don't waste beach time in the stores.) We've partnered exclusively with Two Chicks & A Cart for optional grocery delivery to ensure your kitchen and fridge are fully stocked upon arrival. Contact information will be given with rental agreement.

Disclaimer: A starter supply of basic essentials such as paper products, including bath tissue and paper towels along with a few laundry & dish detergent tabs, & liquid dish detergent are provided to help get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

*Cancelation Policy:  Cancellations received within (60) days of the Check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations between the initial booking date and 60 days before the Check-in date will result in a $250.00 cancelation processing fee.
