"This property is nestled deep on the bayside of Sandestin. The golf cart makes moving all throughout the community SO easy. Plenty of privacy and great location. The bottom floor seemed to be updated recently, but the second floor doesn’t look to be updated at all. Besides the second floor needing a bit of TLC, everything else was great. The screened back porch was perfect for late night sitting and relaxing. The “fourth” bedroom is a bunk in the open loft area between the two upstairs...

"We loved the 1st floor indoor/outdoor kitchen, living room and gaming area with access to the pool, outdoor grill and beach, the home is beautiful and well equipped for a family with small and grown children and great beach access…our only issue was how crowded the beach was, when the signs say to the waters edge for this property, which is not enforced, everyone on the beach was extremely nice and very family friendly oriented, but I do like my space. Overall excellent home and location."

"The best accommodations-so much room and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Makeup mirrors in every bathroom a big plus. The pool area is the best and everything needed for the beach- they know what you need for your stay and make it easy. Julie and Kyle were the best property managers!!! Replaced an outside TV that stopped working the same day we called them, above and beyond to make our stay the best! I would highly recommend. This property has it all and more!"

"This was by far the best home away from home experience I’ve experienced. We visit Destin annually but always opt to stay at a hotel on the beach. Well I wanted something a little different and went this route. I won’t be going back to hotels after this experience. Just having everything at my fingertips made it so sweet. The young kids in the group loved the back pond filled with turtles. We fed the turtles daily. The golf carts made getting around fun for all. I will be booking my next stay...

"Our stay at seaspray was amazing. The weather wasn’t the best for the beach for a few days of our stay, but the private pool was a big hit for my daughter. She was in the pool, rain or shine. We also enjoyed cruising around the golf cart. The movie room was another one of my daughter’s favorite places to watch her movies with her pets snuggled up with her. Communication with our host was very good. We had an issue with our microwave, and it was quickly replaced. We brought our pets. It is to be...

"Housekeeper need to do better in cleaning, trash was on floor in the living area and cup down in the sofa and what I was really disappointed about , I had to call 2 days for them to come out and put clean linens on one the bed, we had to sleep on the floor and we had issue with the kitchen faucet it burst, they got it fixed but we couldn’t use the kitchen til later that evening when they got it fixed"

"Property had a lot to offer for our 5 day stay, lots of room that we never used but great location on the beach, a few quirks to the property that may indicate less than perfect maintenance, but nothing that was ever worth calling in about. we didn’t use the bikes or the golf cart like we thought we would as nearby roads have heavy traffic, wonderful views and a great time. we will come back again!"

"Property is a perfect and plenty of room for everybody. These are amazing. We can get extra chair service besides what provided with the hut to the right on the beach right across the street you can walk over to get your deer if you forgot it. The only thing we would recommend is that the property update some of their appliances, Minor ones like the toaster and the blender. The toaster could not without burning things and setting up smoke alarm. Literally like bottom would be charred black and...
