First time ever on the rental market 2022!

This beautifully decorated 2-story Penthouse is located on the 5th Floor at the Players Club in the Sandestin Gulf and Beach Resort. The condominium's private balcony offers a bay-view overlooking Baytowne Wharf Harbor. The building is located in the very quiet and private part of the Resort. Out of the 28 condos the building has, only 8 are rentals, the majority are residents. Baytowne Wharf offers a private beach with a restaurant and bathrooms on the Gulf of Mexico. You can use the free Beach Shuttle to get there (every 30min) with a stop directly in front of the building. This is where you want to stay in Miramar Beach if you like to reside in a Resort with lots of entertainment for young and old. It offers upscale shopping, an outlet mall, restaurants and a movie theater within minutes.

Included in the rental price is a Golf Cart. You can use the cart within the Resort to go to the Wharf, private beach or Grand Boulevard.

This 2 bedroom and 3 bath 2-story Penthouse is 1,600 sq.ft. and offers a private balcony overlooking the water. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers a wonderful sense of space to gather everyone together or to sneak away for your private time.

The Players Club offers a master bedroom with a King bed and attached private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full bed underneath and a separate twin bed with its own attached bathroom. Both bathrooms feature a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen tv’s.

On the main Floor you will find the large living room with dining area, kitchen and a half bathroom with its own washer and dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with full-sized range, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker (Keurig with brew option), blender, small oven, etc. It is fully equipped with all needed utensils and dinner ware including pots and pans.

The Unit is fully stocked with linens and towels. Players Club offers all the basics and some extras not normally found in vacation rentals.

This condominium offers Wi-Fi Internet access at no additional cost! And full cable in all rooms.

Location:
Players Club is located within the Sandestin Gulf and Beach Resort on the west side directly on the bay. Baytowne Wharf offers fun and entertainment with lots of small shops and restaurants and is a fully gated resort. Right next to the resort you will find Grand Boulevard with shopping, lots of restaurants including a theater and a grocery store (Publix). To the west of the resort you have the Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I came down for a week to celebrate our anniversary and absolutely loved it! We will be back! The condo is gorgeous and everything you can possibly need is already there. The golf cart was a wonderful addition and the private tunnel ride over to the beach makes it safe and convenient. The bay view was breathtaking and it felt like your own private island. Watching the golfers was also amusing. The king bed was surprisingly comfortable and we slept peacefully with no outdoor noises to disrupt us. Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella! We loved the comforts of home and the quiet location inside sandestin.

Better than expected

The property was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our Bay view and the peacefulness of the area we were in. A bonus to our stay was having access to a golf cart which was very nice to get around in when going to the beach/Baytowne. There was also beach chairs, an umbrella and toys for use!! I definitely recommend!!

Couldn’t get much more perfect

What an amazing condo and stay from start to finish. First thing you see walking in a the spacious high ceilings living room; and bamm the million dollar view! If you left something behind, the condo has it. The golf cart was the icing on the cake; we enjoyed driving around and checking it all the pools beach and the wharf! If I had any questions, my texts were responded to immediately. Hands down would come back again!

Great Location and beautiful condo

Great stay, play was clean and owner communicated great throughout trip. We really had no need to contact him because everything was great at the condo. The kids really enjoyed evening rides on the golf cart around the resort.

Wow! Our stay was amazing! The condo itself was beautiful and the view is breathtaking! The location is perfect especially with having the use of the golf cart, it made it so much easier to hop on and go places. The condo was clean and everything we expected and more! It fit our family of 4 perfectly! Pascal was phenomenal also! We had arrived early and we were able to check in early. He also offered us to stay past check out time. He was quick at responding if we needed anything. We will definitely be booking with him again next year! 10/10 recommended. You will not be disappointed!

Great stay.

The property was fantastic for our family. The unit is well maintained and is very spacious. The location is tucked away near the back of the resort on one of the golf courses with views overlooking the bay.

Wonderful place in Miramar

We had a great time at this fantastic location. We loved how big the condo, the incredible view of the bay, and all the close by things to do. Baytowne Wharf is really fun with lots of restaurants, there is also another shopping plaza with a few restaurants and many pools to use in the area. We loved the easiness of the golf cart and the kids loved riding. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys which make it so convenient especially if you are flying. Our only complaint was the beach area is small and really crowded. We found our way to Topsail beach, Destin public beaches, and Greyton beach (our favorite) and those were much less crowded. As for the place itself, we could not complain at all! It’s perfect :)

Great spot!

Everything was great! Check in was pain free, Pascal was responsive and helpful. The location is nestled in the very back of the village, it’s quite with a perfect view of the bay. The village Is clean and manicured and having the golf cart to get around was a nice and appreciated bonus!

Great Find!!

What a great find!! The property and resort are beautiful. A ton of things to do both on the property and surrounding area. The condo was absolutely perfect with all the amenities we needed to feel like home. We loved the patio overlooking the bay and being able to use the grill on site. The property manager was great. He checked in a few times prior to our arrival and a few times while we were there to make sure our stay was going well. If we had any questions, he was always quick to respond. Very friendly and helpful. This trip was planned last minute, and we had no idea about all the resources that were available until we arrived at the property. Free shuttle bussing within the resort, and rentals of golf carts, bikes, jet skis, pontoon boat, etc. are available. Plus, there are a ton of things to do right at the resort. Shopping, dinning and nightly events right on site at The Village of Baytowne Warf, you really don’t have to leave. If you do feel the need to venture out, there are tons of things do in the Florida Pan Handle, mini golf, zoos, shopping and more dinning, not to mention the stunning beaches. So much to explore, and not enough time to enjoy it all. We only wish we had more time to stay. We look forward to going back.
