"This is an excellent New England Inn. Rooms are modern and lovely. Much more character than the chain hotels that are in and around Boston.
Business dinner last night at the restaurant was outstanding as was breakfast this morning.
The only negative Travelers should be aware of is there are no desks in most of the rooms. I had no problem using my laptop in the breakfast room."

"We have stayed at the Element in Lexington several times over many years and we love this hotel. It is conveniently located right off the I-95 with free parking. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen (including full size fridge and dishwasher). We appreciated having self-serve laundry onsite and the pool is always a hit. Breakfast is good and for anyone who's wondering - they have gluten free options (Udi's bagels and muffins)! The staff are attentive and friendly, always looking to please....

"Isaac and his team were incredibly friendly and professional. When we got stung by a wasp while lying on the grass, Isaac quickly took care of us with calm, caring support. Their emergency help made a big difference.
The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a very clean kitchen. Our room was spotless, and the whole stay was pleasant. Big thanks to Sophia and Isaac—we’ll definitely be back!

"The staff was superior! The hotel itself is fun to walk around and check out all the old memorabilia. The best part was having a record player and they had a great mix of albums to use. We stayed in the backstage trailers and they are beautiful and fun!"

"The bed and the pillows were so soft. It was right across from the subway station with several food options like Panera Bread and a coffee shop next door. Target was across the street as well. Great location. "

"An amazing staff greeted us at the front door, quickly grabbing our luggage. The front desk staff was able to get us checked in hours early and gave us a complimentary upgrade with a view of Fenway Park. Upon hearing we were headed to the zoo, the front desk offered us cold bottles of water to take on our trip."

"We were there in the summer with my husband and son, one of the best hotels i ever stayed in in our first trip to USA, nice flats modern and with all you need, beautifull pool and amazing breakfast, near is a target, shuttle to nearby areas, totally recommend amazing first impression in first us trip, 10 mins train trip to north station were one can go to multiple cities and boston city, we arrived earlier and got an early check in and late check in before trip to aiport, nice friendly stuff...
