"Hotel was on an industrial estate, but convenient for getting into main highway, or for going into Salem.
Room was spacious, separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen area as well as bathroom.
Breakfast was minimalist, coffee and porrige.
We couldn't get WiFi in our room, and desk staff didnt suggest any way to address. "

"A lovely quiet, very clean hotel tucked away at Endicott College with access to the beach as well. I didn’t need a restaurant onsite so that was not an issue for me. Needed to be in close proximity to Marblehead and the north shore but not pay outrageous prices. It was perfect! The room is small but since I was traveling alone and only needed a clean, convenient place to stay that was affordable it was PERFECT!"

"A very nice, clean property with nice amenities. There is a very nice outdoor pool. The property also has a nice spa and restaurant. We ate at the restaurant which had a nice atmosphere. The music was just a bit loud. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his dinner. My watermelon salad was delicious, but my clam spaghetti was way too salty. This property is not within walking distance to too much, but is within 15 mis of driving into Newburyport. We did play pickleball at the local tennis club. "

"I like that they also host airport parking. It made for an easy decision to stay there the night before our early morning flight. The airport shuttle was efficient and pleasant. The property is a little worn, but otherwise clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable. I would recommend staying here for the convenience to the airport and the parking availability."

"I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
The service is top.

"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."
"Very friendly staff, helpful will all my requests. Room was really small (and I got a corner room!), fancy beds that lift up to create a bit more space but fill up the entire room when fully horizontal. There’s no tea kettle (or space for) and the fridge you can get is a tiny makeup fridge.
