This lovely one-bedroom apartment located in Nova Milanese, a town a few minutes from the centre of Monza and less than 30 minutes from the heart of Milan, will welcome you in a pleasant and relaxing environment far from the metropolitan frenzy. The soft colours of the furnishings, in shades of grey and beige, and the warm brown of the laminate flooring give the right contrast and characterise all the rooms in the flat. Upon entering, you are welcomed into the living room, which consists of a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you use the sofa during the hours not dedicated to sleep. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa), where you can relax after a hard day's work by reading a book or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. Adjacent, the kitchen is separate, bright thanks to the abundant light coming in through the French window; it has a dining table for 4 people and is equipped with appliances and all the necessary equipment to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home. The double bedroom is romantic and intimate, complete with a coat rack for storing your wardrobe during your stay, designed for a sweet rest.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



The flat has a private parking space outside the building.



Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The flat is located in Nova Milanese, a town in the province of Monza Brianza only 7 km from Monza and 15 km from Milan. The town offers numerous services, such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, post office and banks. Points of interest include several churches, such as the Church of San Bernardo and the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, and prestigious villas, such as Villa Vertua Macolo, an Art Nouveau building dating back to the early 20th century, home to the Donation of the painter Vittorio Viviani and the Permanent Collection of the Arts of Fire. For lovers of nature and cycling, Nova Milanese offers a cycle path along the Villoresi river.

Monza, its historical centre and its famous park are reachable in 10/15 minutes by car, while the centre of Milan can be reached by car in 20/30 minutes. How to get there:

By car, from Milan take the Milano-Meda road, exiting at Incirano/Nova milanese (exit 5). From Lecco, take the SS36, exiting at Desio Sud/Nova Milanese/Desio.

By train, from the Porta Garibaldi station in Milan take the train towards Chiasso for 5 stops and get off at Desio.
