Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:

Cernusco is also known for the elegance of its historic buildings and villas. In addition to the aforementioned Villa Biancani Greppi—which serves as City Hall and offers a chance to rediscover the most important chapters of Cernusco’s long history—Villa Alari Visconti deserves special mention; it was commissioned by Giacinto Alari from architect Giovanni Ruggeri in the 18th century. A splendid Rococo-style summer residence, featuring a network of avenues and English-style gardens, it soon became famous in the Milan area, so much so that Archduke Ferdinand of H
