"Staff was amazing, they had complimentary breakfast and dinners, as well as 3 drinks per adult per day. Great stay!"

The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience."

"I can't say enough good about this hotel except for it was EXCELLENT. This was an extremely clean place to stay. The staff from the front desk to the kitchen to the bar tenders were all friendly and attentive. Angela and Bryan - I can't say enough good about these two fine people. They waited on sooooo many people and were constantly stopping and cleaning the eating area also. I saw the Manager quite a few times and even though I didn't catch his name, I heard him tell his staff "I'm on it"...

"We reserved 3 room and were on the 2nd floor. 1 room had used towels still hanging on the back of bathroom door. Another room had what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheet and mascara on a pillowcase, and the 3 rd room had a partial drunk water bottle in the refrigerator. The front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating and put us in rooms on the 4 th floor where a different housekeeper cleaned. Those rooms were clean. Probably will not choose Holiday Inn again."

"This property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t use any of the amenities. So I can’t really comment on those. However I could see the pool. And it was very clean looking as well. I was there just to sleep. Because I went to Kings Island and Strickers Grove. My only improvement that I could wish for would have been concerning breakfast. 2 days in a row shredded chicken was offered. In 2 different flavors. One flavor each day. "Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again."
