"Definitely not a 4.2! The room was not very clean. There were several dead bugs (not bed bugs). Candy and food behind the nightstand on the floor. Dust and cobwebs collecting in the corners of the room. Our sheets had a hole in them. Most of the towels we received either had hair stuck in them (gross!) or were threadbare and tattered. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the horrible accommodations! "

"Will never stay here or encourage anyone else to stay at this facility, everything that it displays on the website is COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of the actual facility. No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel. "

"Checked in late Saturday and TV and phone not working. They said they will fix it tomorrow. Late return and they said that the maintenance man didn’t come in and gave me a different room. At least the tub isn’t pealing and looks filthy like the other room. Exterior is riddled with overflowing trash cans and a pee bottle in the parking lot. At least it was only $278 for four nights. "I am very pleased with the cleanliness and the location of my room. The residents on the floor are also quiet. The staff is willing to answer questions and help with whatever they can. I enjoy the complimentary coffee, muffins, and granola bars, as well as just greeting the staff and others in the morning. The parking is adequate, and I feel that my car is safe. Chipotle and Chick-fil-A are right around the corner, there is a Chinese restaurant that delivers, and Sammy’s is about a half mile...
