"Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. The staff from the front desk to the kitchen to the bar tenders were all friendly and attentive. Angela and Bryan - I can't say enough good about these two fine people. They waited on sooooo many people and were constantly stopping and cleaning the eating area also. I saw the Manager quite a few times and even though I didn't catch his name, I heard him tell his staff "I'm on it"...
