New LED lights were installed to allow you to set the ambiance of the unit at night. But the highlight of them all is the oversized balcony with patio furniture all while glancing at our beautiful Biscayne Bay.

As part of the check-in process, our building requires all guests to complete & sign some forms and provide a copy of their Driver`s License.

You will pick up the key and FOB at the Keycafe in the hallway just past the lobby.

The key FOB (Frequency Operated Button) will grant you access to the elevators and all the amenities on the 14th floor.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event of a cancellation, the credit card processing fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or in the hotel. You will be charged a fee of $500 if the smoke smell is discovered.

Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.

To ensure a secure and seamless guest experience, we require all guests to provide a valid ID and sign our rental agreement before receiving check-in information, such as the door lock code or key pick-up instructions. This policy helps us maintain the safety and security of our property.
