Welcome to your Zen experience by the beach at "The Tides." The condo is located in a central location only minutes away from Hollywood attractions such as Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and many popular restaurants and clubs.

This is a private condo right on the beach with direct beach access!
Beautiful 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
Fully equipped bathroom with a hair dryer and bathroom necessities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels.
Kitchen fully equipped ready to prepare any meal, includes an oven, microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, and utensils.
There is a 65' TV in living room & Free Wi-Fi.
You have a cute balcony with a street view, perfect for seeing the city at night.

Guest will have access to the pools with round the clock lifeguard.

There is a cafe in the building & laundry room in the building as well.

- After paying for parking, In the receiving office you will get a tag to hang to the mirror of your car that will allow you unlimited pass through the security gates and parking. For this tag you will need to leave a $20 deposit, refundable when you return it to the office before your departure.

- Parking is not included guests must pay:
Daily: $20
1 week: 1 to 7 days $100
2 weeks: 8 to 14 days $125
3 weeks: 15 to 21 days $150
4 weeks: 22 to 31 days $175

- $30 FOB which is 1 electronic key for every 2 adults 14 years old or older. You will need this key to access everything in the building including the amenities of the condo such as the pools, gym, beach etc.

-The office closes at 5pm and opens at 9am. If you arrive after 5pm the office will let you in and you may go to the condo, however you will have to officially check in after 9am the next day. This is when you will receive the FOB to access all amenities.
