Summary:

We invite you to have a memorable stay in our elegant one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite. It accommodates up to four guests with a king bed and queen sofa bed. The building is located in the heart of Brickell, Miami. One block from shops, cafes, and entertainment, and just steps from Brickell City Center.



The Space:

Our cozy new suite has been professionally decorated.

The kitchenette includes a bar, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.

Two Smart TVs (in the master bedroom and in front of the sofa bed).

Fully equipped bathroom.

Extra towels and bathrobes are also included.



Guest Access:

As a guest, you'll have access to the hotel's amenities:

-Two heated outdoor pools.

-Gym and spa.

-Free Wi-Fi in the apartment and common areas.

-Valet parking is available ($15 per day).

-Rooftop lounge.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Brickell, just minutes from our property you will find a vibrant nightlife with restaurants, cafes, pubs, etc., highlighting Miami Ave street with the wonderful Brickell City Center.



Getting Around:

Very close to our property you will find the Metro Mover station if you want to explore other areas such as Downtown, MidTown, Bayside.



Other Things to Note:

Reservations must be made by someone 21 or older. Please provide a photo of your ID on the day of your reservation. Even if you've already verified your ID through Airbnb, we'll also need a copy.



If we don't receive this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for canceling your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.



* Please NO smoking inside. Cleaning Fee will be USD 250 if you do.

* Please try to minimize noise. Remember you're in a residential area.

* If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.

* Check-in is at 3:00 PM – Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

If you need to request a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours in advance and we will arrange it, if possible.

* Packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) may not be sent to the property address.

* Please keep decorative items inside the unit.

* Please turn off the lights when leaving the unit.

* Valet parking is available for $15/day. Electric chargers are available. Please request valet parking.

* The sofa converts to a queen-size bed. Sheets for the pull-out bed will be left in the closet closest to the sofa.

* A cleaning fee will apply if the property is found in very poor condition.



Please be mindful of the items and equipment we provide for your use. Any damage will be charged.
