Lækkert hotel - men knap så imødekommende personal
Super flot og meget rent hotel. Lækkert. Personale var dog ikke meget imødekommende. De virkede som om her kun var plads til meget fine folk.

Great place for fast recovery
My wife and I stayed for one night after arriving in Miami and this hotel proved to be an excellent choice for fast recovery after a long travel from across the Atlantic. The bed was simply amazing and everything was nice and clean. The only minor surprise we had, was the $15 parking fee that seemed a little unnecessary. But all in all we would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a great facility. It’s close to Dadeland Mall and 2 major highways and also Baptist Hospital. The only issue if the parking. If you have guests, they have to pay 10 dollars and the system doesn’t work well.

The front desk Alejandro was so kind and helpful. The pool is so beautiful and salt water pool. The restaurant staff was amazing. It is close to the hospital for people going to the hospital. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff is fantastic—mostly the people who work in the restaurant! My room (723) has some things to review: the refrigerator makes some noises that wake me up at night, and the pressure of the water in the washbasin was very poor.

Overbook my room. Had to scale down. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Room was rebuilt poorly. Bathroom door kept getting jam. Cards were hard to read u had to swipe like 4 to 5 times in order to get it going. Towels had black spots on them. Tv was too small and cable was very limited and only work sometimes. Over all a very bad experience for a hilton. I don’t see how it has 4 stars. Will never stay there again.

I liked the condition of the property. The convenience of a Starbucks and the onsite restaurant with a happy hour. I didn’t like being charged for parking. This should be included as standard.

Great to be back in the 305. Great but no free continental breakfast. Made an error when booking, but great new Hilton nonetheless.

Well this was a bit disappointing. Not sure what is going on lately but the employees hired are not up to par. The level of professionalism and communicative personnel is lacking. I was here for a surgery due to complications my sister had to speak to a manager at the front desk about extending our stay at a rate I had set aside prior. As you can imagine not HONORED. Despicable truly. Then food over priced. Service at restaurant unfriendly and lacking. It's like no one cares about being hospitable. The TV kept glitching during the Superbowl and other moments. The only good thing was the bed mattress and pillows are very comfortable thank God for that. This should be an above level hotel due to it's proximity to the Hospital. Sad 😢
